Carly Rae Jepsen
Carly Rae Jepsen has been a singer since high school, performing in local musicals in Mission, British Columbia. She received global praise with her single “Call Me Maybe” in 2012, which topped the charts in 18 countries before she released her second album titled “Kiss.”
While her initial work was folk related, the subsequent albums tilted towards a pop touch. By 2020 she’d released five albums that had sold over 25 million copies worldwide and had her win a range of awards and accolades, including a Juno award and a Billboard Music Award. Reportedly single, Jepsen divides her time between Los Angeles and Vancouver.
