Bill Clinton: $120 Million
Bill Clinton was the 42nd President of the United States, serving two terms from 1993 to 2001, and one of the most controversial for his scandal with Monica Lewinski (who was a 22-year-old intern at the time). The scandal has such collateral that the Clintons legal expenditures put them in debt.
However, Bill had done very well for himself financially over the following ten years. He earned earned $100+ million in fee for speaking engagement and, in 2001, was paid the biggest book advance of all time, $15 million. The book would turn into the best-selling “My Life.” Both Hillary and Bill, combined, have a tidy income.
