George W. Bush: $40 Million

George W. Bush, in 2021 took to painting. His subject matter? The plight of refugees. Perhaps his painting will remind him of the calls for justice due to his illegal invasion of Iraq, playing a massive role in establishing the region and leading to a significant refugee crisis.

He has sold his other works, including his paintings of veterans, but doesn’t own many hard assets. A lot of his wealth owes to investments. Still, if his painting record is anything to go by, then he should make a lot more money on his art!
