The Finger Workout
Many of us tend to make a lot of resolutions at the beginning of every year. Perhaps “get fit” was one of this woman’s. She doesn’t, however, appear to be in the appropriate frame of mind. While she doesn’t need to shed pounds, it never hurts to perform light training.
Simply put, we’d suggest that the next time she visits the gym, she abstains from bringing her phone along since it’s stopping her from achieving her goals. We can’t blame her because doing yoga with alerts buzzing in your pocket may be somewhat distracting. At least she’s exercising her fingers.
