If you’ve seen the 1994 movie “Dumb and Dumber,” then you’re familiar with this iconic van. Named the Mutt Cutts van, it was a selling point for a dog-grooming business. It’s been decades since the film aired, and the original van is reportedly in a Missouri museum.

However, that’s not stopped fans and others from borrowing the idea. This police officer is bewildered by the vehicle. But, it looks like all that time and money spent on modifications were worth it eventually. On the other hand, the driver could be receiving instructions to pull over.
