Seen in movies such as “Double Jeopardy,” “Heat,” and “Kiss the Girls,” Ashley Judd was a major Hollywood superstar in the ’90s. But the California native was blacklisted in the early ‘2000s by none other than the infamous Harvey Weinstein. When Judd reportedly declined Weinstein’s advances, he smeared her reputation by telling people—including “The Lord of the Rings” director Peter Jackson—that she was a nightmare to work with.

When Weinstein’s true nature was made public, Judd was more than ready to make her big return, but her career was put on hold once again when she shattered her leg in a 2021 Congo accident.
