Nikki Haley made it into the headlines once again in 2019, but not due to her political movement or interviews! Instead, it was about her buying a $2.4 million house near Kiawah River, North Carolina. The exclusive villa was initially priced at $2.8 million, but thanks to the politician’s negotiation skills, she eventually bought it for $400k cheaper.

Yet even with the original price, the house is worth the money! Besides the complete facilities, the property’s design is also lovely, adopting beach-like vibes while maintaining an elegant Mediterranean style vibe. Nikki indeed has keen eyes when it comes to prime real estate.

After playing Jethro Bodine in The Beverly Hillbillies, Max Baer Jr. established himself to be a prominent name in the industry. The performer managed to pile up a fortune from the hefty paycheques he received, and all thanks to them, he was able to purchase a grand estate in Paradise.

Max has not disclosed much about this house, but we can definitely say; it looks absolutely breathtaking. A residence in Paradise is most certainly no less than the name implies. Baer may have seen ups and downs in his career, but it takes a smart cookie to make such great investments.
