Tucker Carlson – Washington, $2.04 Million
Tucker Carlson once owned two remarkable residences in Washington, D.C., both now part of his property history. The first one, a 4,800-square-foot mansion house, was located in the upscale Kalorama neighborhood. The house had six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a 2-car garage. It also featured a swimming pool, tennis court, and basketball court.
Tucker sold the house in 2017 for $2.04 million, just a slight profit over the $2 million he paid for it in 2011. He then purchased a larger, 7,400-square-foot home in D.C. for $3.895 million but sold it in 2020 for just $3.95 million.
