Misty May-Treanor – Beach Volleyball

Here’s a small beach volleyball fact: If Misty May-Treanor is on a team, they’ll most likely win the match. This former American beach volleyball legend was a persistent medal collector. Some of her accolades include three world championships and three successive Olympic gold medals.

May-Treanor looks fantastic after retiring in 2012 when she bagged a golden medallion at the Olympics. As of 2022, she was the volleyball operations director at Long Beach College and worked on the VP Beach Volleyball Tour broadcast. She made a minor TV appearance in “Wizards of Waverly Place” in 2009.
