Wheelchair Access New Design

In this display, the international wheelchair symbol is masterfully designed around a man’s nipple, integrating it as part of the art. The symbol was first designed in the 1960s by a Danish design student. This creative spin is quite funny, presenting a nipple not just as a body part but as an essential component of the visual joke.

The skin around this area is sensitive, making the process more painful than elsewhere. Clearly, the wearer is dedicated to pulling off this visual gag. We’re stuck in the ride this takes us on between the lines of light-heartedness and real advocacy for the disabled.
