Alicia Silverstone – Bird Feeding Her Child

Alicia Silverstone, best known for playing Cher in the iconic coming-of-age comedy “Clueless,” has a unique parenting style. Sure, there’s no wrong or right way to raise kids and it will vary on the mom and dad but for an understandable reason, the actress’ way garnered attention.

In 2012, Silverstone shared a video of her feeding her son, Bear Blu. While most parents would use tiny spoons, she chewed the food before giving it to the little one, pretty much how a bird feeds its babies. Apparently, this technique is called pre-mastication, which is normal for some cultures. It is safe to say that the majority found it eyebrow-raising.
