Kate Middleton

The Princess of Wales, Kate Middleton, found out, perhaps in the most undesirable way possible, that it can be painful to learn to skate. This incident occurred before she became a princess or the Duchess of Cambridge, although she was already dating Willian, Prince of Wales, and going through her paces to become a royal.

Unfortunately, she fell on an otherwise noble course, as this happened in 2008 at an ’80s roller skate rink-themed charity event she organized. Oddly enough, the princess wasn’t great on skates, leading to her backward fall. The beneficiaries of the event were Tom’s Ward at the Children’s Hospital in Oxford.
