Matt Turner is an American soccer star, while his wife, Ashley Herron, is an ex-NFL cheerleader for the New England Patriots. The two reportedly fell in love in 2020 when Turner played for the New England Revolution. The athlete struck gold in 2022 when he got married to his sweetheart and signed a transfer deal with the English Premier League Club, Arsenal, for $6 million.

While Herron used to cheer professionally, she started cheering for her husband while sitting in the stands in England. The couple married in a private ceremony and soon had their first child, a son named Easton.
