Clive Myrie & Catherine Myrie — 25 Years

Renowned English journalist and BBC presenter Clive Myrie has hosted the BBC quiz shows “Mastermind” and “Celebrity Mastermind” starting August 2021. His personal life centers around his enduring relationship with Catherine Myrie, whom he met at the 1992 London launch of a book about Swiss cheeses.

Catherine, then in publishing, provided Clive, a BBC news reporter, with the support and encouragement to chase his aspirations. They wed in 1998 at Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Covent Garden. Despite maintaining a private stance, Clive has expressed Catherine’s pivotal role as his biggest supporter, enabling him to pursue his dreams. They reside in Islington, North London.
