Courteney Cox

Another celebrity who dropped out of school to pursue acting is Courtney Cox. She went off to study architecture at Mount Vernon College after finishing her secondary-level studies and attending her school formal. Although fame didn’t come right away, Cox worked hard and began booking TV acting jobs in the ‘80s.

However, her big break came in the decade that followed when the success of the TV series Friends and the slasher franchise Scream propelled her to stardom.
