Peter Grosz – Sonic Drive-In Two Guys

Peter Grosz is best known for appearing as the Two Guys in the Sonic Drive-In commercials as part of a duo. He is the “serious character,” while comedian T. J. Jagodowski is the “humorous” character. The pair appeared in commercials starting in 2002 and up until 2012, with appearances in 2014 too.

When Sonic decided to undergo a rebranding, the two were replaced by real families despite assurances from executives that they would not be. Lori Habib, the Chief Marketing Officer, said that the duo was a “huge part of our voice” and they would be a “part of our brand going forward,” but that was not the case.
