Stressed or Distressed

Distressed jeans are all the rage these days. The more distressed they are, the better it is. But at what point does distress just become stressed, i.e., when do you need a new pair of distressed jeans? The answer? Probably when they start looking like the pair this guy is wearing.

It looks like this guy’s pair has seen better days, and lo and behold, at least he is in the right place. That’s because, at Walmart, he can pick up another pair, distressed or not, and slip into them after paying and before leaving. We’re not sure what’s going to happen to the pair in the picture.
