Gender Inclusivity

This bathroom sign is to the point and offers no comic relief whatsoever. But what it does is even better: creating gender-neutral spaces in public. The little icons on the door not only include straight men and women but also take into account the LGBTQ+ community and any other differently-abled people that wish to use the facility.

The need for such welcoming and open spaces for all kinds of human beings is ever-increasing, where people can feel safe and welcome. Having gender-neutral and inclusive spaces in the workplace also makes the employees feel included and adds to the company’s diversity.
