Jeri Ryan — Age 52

Jeri Ryan touched the hearts of every Star Trek fan when she portrayed Seven of Nine in Star Trek: Voyager. She did justice to the character, so much so that she received four Saturn Award nominations (winning one) and was invited to reprise the role in Star Trek: Picard in 2020.

According to Celebrity Sizes, Ryan, even at the age of 52, is a sucker for a clean diet plan and physical fitness. She somehow finds the time to practice yoga, Pilates, cardio, and other strength training exercises. We’re not surprised, given how great she looks even after two children.
