Kathy Smith – Age 69

Kathy Smith has been at the forefront of the fitness industry for some years, and this is perhaps why she has the looks to prove it! After all, we know that exercise is really good for your health, so it makes sense why she seems ageless.

As an American entrepreneur, she has released some workout videos. Since 1980, she has sold over 16 million workout videos and, apparently, $500 million in Kathy Smith products. She has also written books and, in 2021, is living her life to the fullest in Utah while working on her podcast.
