Wayne Knight – 100 lbs

It has been a long time since we have seen Wayne Knight play Newman in Seinfeld, Jack O’Lantern on The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mindy, and Officer Don Orville in 3rd Rock from the Sun. However, he is still very much active in his career despite being 65 years old.

With age, Knight prioritized his health, and he did so in a manner that wouldn’t cause complications in the future. For instance, even though he was tempted to go with gastric bypass surgery, he chose to work and sweat hard to lose a whopping 100 pounds. We will get to see him play Frank Wynn in 12 Mighty Orphans soon.
