It’s hard to believe that Carol Vorderman still looks this good. Then again, the 26-year Countdown host is famous for her detox lifestyle, and she’s even written about it. She fond of intermittent fasting and has also done 28-day detox plans while keeping up active through exercise. Counting calories isn’t her thing, though, because she’s all about what’s consumed and not how much.

Vorderman recently unveiled through social media that a spoonful of butter in her coffee has been a game-changer for her intermittent fasting routine. On Twitter, the British media personality explained that she finished her six-mile exercise before fixing herself a delicious fry up.
