The French actor Gérard Depardieu acquired in 2012 a magnificent villa located in Néchin precisely in Estaimpuis, Belgium. Built since 1890, this 450 m2 house has great charm with its unique white color. Surrounded by a huge park with an area of ​​one hectare, the residence has 5 bedrooms, a Victorian suite, a huge living room and a sumptuous bar. After spending 8 years there, Depardieu put it up for sale for the sum of €1.2 million, but ended up parting with it at €700,000 less than the amount originally planned.
