We can say “Like father, like son” is ideal in the case of Nicolas Voulzy and his son Laurent. Laurent Voulzy embodies all the characteristics of Nicolas Voulzy during his young age. Starting from the young Voulzy’s love for music, to the duet he also made Charles Souchon, Alain Souchon’s son has a good reputation as his father’s accomplice. Both, Souchon and Voulzy junior composed a collective album which they named “Unik”. The music of Nicolas Voulzy is rather directed for jazz, pop and reggae and he has thus released an album which he baptized “Hôtel de Sers”.
