Colin Powell – Manhattan, $2.8 Million

Born 80 odd years ago in Harlem, Colin Powell sure has made good and has a name people tend to recognize real quick. He also has a sizable fortune, most of which he made after decades spent in the military serving his country in one capacity or the other.

Powell has a couple of condos in Manhattan and sold one of these for $2.8 million back in 2016. He also has a rather big house in McLean, Virginia, where he lives with his wife and family. We don’t know what that house is worth, but we expect the price to be pretty eye-watering!
