Sarah Hyland from “Modern Family” and “The Bachelorette” alum Wells Adams have purchased a family-sized residence in San Fernando Valley of Studio City. According to property records, Hyland spent nearly $4 million on the securely walled and gated mansion, which has five spacious bedrooms and 6.5 baths in nearly 6,000 square feet of luxurious living space, all on a quarter-acre flat lot.

It has a large pool with an inset spa and an adjacent pool house which could easily be switched into a private office or temporary quarters for guests. Its soundproof movie theatre has stadium seating and midnight blue walls.

Bob Barker – Los Angeles, $137K

Having hosted the longest-running daytime show Price is Right, Bob Barker has obviously earned enough money to buy himself a lavish mansion with a serene outdoor pool! The rich tastes of the game show host are evident from the furnishings of his home, which was designed in the spirit of Los Angeles’ historical culture.

Built in 1929, the 5000-sq. ft. property features four bedrooms and comes with servant quarters. It perfectly represents the Spanish Colonial revival style! Sadly, Bob decided to part ways with the home due to issues in the neighborhood.
