Al Gore: $300 Million

Al Gore is best known for serving as Vice President under Bill Clinton from January 1993 to January 2001. Like Hillary Clinton, losing a crucial election would have changed America’s policy direction on several key issues. Most notably, climate change and, in 2021, continues to write and speak on it.

Gore also earned acclaim for his award-winning documentary “An Inconvenient Truth.” Gore has been a board member of Apple since 2003. According to the company’s most recent filing, Gore owns around 100,000 shares of vested and unvested Apple stock, worth $45–50 million depending on the share price.
