Bob Dole – Age 97

In February 2021, fans of former Senator Bob Dole were devastated to hear that he was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. After the announcement, the 97-year-old revealed that he was undergoing treatment immediately and gave his heart out to others struggling with their health conditions.

From 1969 to 1996, the Presidential Medal of Freedom awardee served as the senator for Kansas and went head to head with Bill Clinton in the 1996 presidential race. After his tenure in the Senate, Dole starred in several advertisements for brands like Pepsi and Dunkin’ Donuts.
