Jackie Mason – Age 89
Jackie Mason is one of the oldest stand-up comedians today, with a career entering its eighth decade. He is also an actor, recognized for roles in movies like The Jerk and History of the World: Part I. Mason’s career began in 1950, right around when he received his Bachelor of Arts.
Mason wrote all his material and quickly became known for his blend of innuendo, puns, and delivery, as well as his voice and particular humor style grounded in culture and often described as politically incorrect. He’s had nine one-person shows, wrote four books, recorded 13 comedy albums, and five RV specials. Recently, he is a regular on The Simpsons, lending his voice to Hyman Krustofsky.
