Not only is Marlo Thomas a critically acclaimed actress, but she has also earned honors with her actions. Her dad was Danny Thomas, the famous comedian. Even though she was born famous, Marlo did quite a lot to make a name for herself. She starred in the sitcom called That Girl in the ’60s and ’70s! In the past years, Marlo’s been working closely with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital that her father helped found. In fact, in 2014, she was given the Presidential Medal of Freedom!
