Jimmy Carter – Age 96
After he served as the president of the United States from 1977 to 1981, politician Jimmy Carter continued to serve his fellowmen. He was responsible for the establishment of the Department of Education and was instrumental in addressing stagflation.
The following year after his presidency stint, the politician established the Carter Center, which focuses on human rights. For his efforts in pressing matters of the nation, he won a Nobel Peace Prize in 2002. Of course, behind his back is his wife, Rosalynn Carter, and they are celebrating their 75th anniversary this 2021.
