Ralph Carter – Age 60

Star of the ’70s Ralph Carter may not be as active in the mainstream media today as before, but he remains an industry icon for playing Michael Evans in the sitcom “Good Times.” He may have a relatively short list of acting credits, last appearing in the 1987 short film “Donny’s House,” but that doesn’t mean he wasn’t fantastic at his craft.

After quitting TV, Carter has since been more involved in stage plays, even becoming Audience Development Committee’s vice president. The organization aims to honor the works of African Americans in the theater community.
