ELIZABETH TAYLOR – SUDDENLY, LAST SUMMER, 1960

Elizabeth Taylor had become a child actress in the ’40s; by the ’50s, she was already one of the most famous Classical Hollywood cinema stars. Despite being one of the most bankable actresses of her time, she wished to bid goodbye to her career in the mid-’50s but didn’t. Instead, she began receiving more interesting roles, like in the 1956 film “Giant.”

Taylor also appeared in several commercially successful movies, one of them being the 1959 “Suddenly, Last Summer.” Her lovely picture rocking a white full-piece swimsuit in the movie was not only the talk of the town but also appeared on the film’s theatrical poster.
