Wordplay Gone Wrong

Doesn’t it feel incredible when a private beach is accessible for “members only,” and to know you are that member? That feeling of having the place to yourself, neat and clean, without any interruptions!

The maintenance authority at this particular property seems to be a bit confused, though. They probably wanted to say something else but wrote something different! As per the signboard, everyone is welcome, yet somehow, only a particular segment can enter. What kind of weird wordplay is this! If these folks continue this way, they’ll have to wind up the site due to zero business in no time!
