She was overweight when she was younger, but in 2012, she decided to take control of the situation and began bodybuilding. Thel shed more than 25 pounds in just three years and has since started a program online to help others. She has also participated in many related TV programs, including the German show “Fitness Diaries,” and trained the online participants on “The Biggest Loser Germany” from 2017 to 2019.
