As we said earlier, it’s never the wrong time to begin training, and the woman in the picture above demonstrates that sentiment to perfection. This proud trainer had to photograph his customer as she celebrated her 99th birthday.

She makes 99 appear better than ever, martini in hand, ready, and having just finished her workout. We can only hope that we will be half as courageous when we are her age. Well done to her for staying active and continuing to ring in each new year in style. We can’t help but wonder what other cool ways this woman celebrated the remainder of her special day.
