James Michael Tyler — Age 59

It’s been a while since we last saw James Michael Tyler in a recurring role on the small screen. And his recent revelations let us in on the probable reason for his absence. In June 2021, he shared his cancer diagnosis in a Today interview.

Tyler, who’s best remembered for his role as Gunther on Friends, manages to still look fantastic given his serious condition. Except for the absence of his bleach-blond locks, he’s just like his past self these days and is aging well in his late 50s. Here’s to hoping he can overcome this battle with his illness in the future.
