BERN NADETTE STANIS – AGE 69

Thelma Evans in “Good Times” is the role that thrust Bern Nadette Stanis into the public limelight. She played the only daughter of Florida and James Evans Sr. in the CBS sitcom between 1974 and 1979. The author also has four books: “Situations 101, Relationships: The Good, The Bad and The Ugly,” “The Last Night,” “For Men Only,” and “Situations 101: Finances.”

Stanis also tried her luck in pageantry as a teen by entering the Miss Black America pageant and even became Miss Brooklyn. She now lives in Atlanta, Georgia, enjoying her $6-million-worth fortune with her kids.
