Laura Kuenssberg – £260K

Laura Kuenssberg is a pretty well-skilled broadcast journalist. She also has a pretty impressive CV which includes her position as political editor of BBC news as of 2021. She is the first woman to hold the position and also served as the business editor for ITV. She has hosted several major programs, including “Newsnight.”

The amazing thing is that she started as a trainee in 2000 and worked her way up the ranks. She was even named in the top 20 of the most influential Londoners by the Evening Standard. She announced in December 2020 that she would step down from the political editor position.
